MinecraftRank (minecraftrank.com) is run by MinecraftRank, UK ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. Contact: our contact form.

MinecraftRank is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. The servers listed here are run by their owners, not by us.

1. The service

MinecraftRank is a free directory of Minecraft servers. Anyone can browse it and vote without an account. Server owners can create an account to list servers and to bid on sponsored placement.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 to create an account, and at least 18 (or have a parent's permission) to bid or pay.
• Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account. Don't share or sell accounts.

3. Listing a server

• Only list servers you own or are allowed to manage.
• Keep your listing accurate: address, gamemodes, version and description.
• Your server must follow the Minecraft EULA and Mojang's usage guidelines.
• No hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content in names, banners or descriptions. No malware, scams, phishing, or pretending to be another server.
• We can edit, hide or remove any listing that breaks these rules or that we reasonably think harms players, without notice.
• You keep the rights to your banner, logo and text. You let us show them on MinecraftRank and in links to it.

4. Voting

• One vote per player, per server, per day.
• Don't use bots, scripts, VPN farms or multiple accounts to vote, and don't pay or trade for votes from outside the game.
• In-game rewards for voting are allowed.
• If we find vote fraud, we reset the server's votes for the month. If it happens again, we remove the server.
• We decide how votes count toward rank, as described on How ranking works.

5. Sponsored slots and auctions

• Sponsored slots are sold by auction. Each auction page shows the number of slots, the dates the slots run, the minimum bid and when bidding closes. A bid in the last 10 minutes extends bidding by 10 minutes.
• A bid is a promise to pay. When bidding closes, the highest bid for each slot wins and the winner must pay within 3 days.
• If a winner doesn't pay in time, we can cancel the win, offer the slot to the next-highest bidder, and block the account from future auctions.
• Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Sponsored slots are always marked as sponsored and don't change a server's rank.
• We can refuse or remove sponsorship for a server that breaks these terms. If we remove a slot for a rule break, you don't get a refund.

6. Refunds

• You can get a full refund if you cancel before your slot starts. Email our contact form.
• After the slot starts, payments aren't refunded.
• If your slot isn't shown because of a problem on our side for more than 24 hours in total, we refund that part of the slot, or add the missed time at the end if you prefer.
• This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.

7. Our content and your use of the site

Don't scrape the site in bulk, attack it, overload it, or try to get around its limits or security. We can block access for anyone who does.

8. No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it online and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. Server information like players and version comes from the servers themselves. We aren't responsible for what happens on servers listed here: play on them at your own risk.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing our contact form. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we'll show a notice on the site or email account holders.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of UK, without taking away protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
